Curfew: Simple weddings held at the entrance of Thiruparankundram temple

The Tamil Nadu government declared a full curfew on Sunday due to the spread of corona. In this case, the weddings were held in a simple manner at the entrance of the Thiruparankundram Murugan Temple as today is the auspicious day. Numerous weddings were held on the auspicious day of Thiruparankundram Subramaniyaswamy Temple, the first house of Lord Murugan’s sacrificial houses. These weddings are held in observance of the social space and wearing masks. Police are being instructed through loudspeakers at the entrance of the temple to avoid large crowds
